Registration Terms and Policies

Registration
The registration fee allows access to the events as outlined in the registration you selected and includes: conference materials, receptions, meals and breaks as specified in the program. Registration fees are nonrefundable and may not be shared. All fees and discounts are subject to change without notice; these changes will be applied to unconfirmed registrations. The program is subject to change without notice.

Discount
Only one discount may be taken per registration. View the available discounts.

Payment
Registration payment is by charge card. Other payment methods must be requested; in those cases, payment is due within two weeks of registration to secure your registration. Discounts will be forfeited if payment is late. A 1.5% finance charge per month will apply to any payments received 30 days after registration date. If paying for a registration with an outstanding PhoCusWright credit memo, no refunds, exchanges or credits are allowed.

Transfer
Registrations may be transferred to another employee in your company and requests for transfers of registration fees must be made in writing on or before November 9, 2010 unless specified in a separate contract. Registrations not transferred by this date will be forfeited and will not be eligible for transfer or a credit memo.

Cancellation
Cancelled registrations that are eligible to receive a credit memo must be cancelled in writing on or before November 9, 2010; the credit memo is 75% of the value of the registration fee. Registrations not cancelled by this date will be forfeited and a credit memo will not be issued. All registration fees are non-refundable.

Credit Memo
Eligible registrations cancelled by November 9, 2010 that are not transferred to another employee are able to receive a credit memo equal to 75% of the registration fee. All cancellations and requests for credit memos must be received in writing by November 9, 2010. A credit memo issued for the cancellation of a registration for this event may be applied to the purchase of any PhoCusWright research product or toward a future event registration by any employee of your company within one year; it will become null and void if not used by November 17, 2011.

Registrations in Agreements
Registrations contracted in separate agreements are not eligible for credit memo or refund as specified in the individual agreement.

Conference Cancellation
If the event is not held as scheduled, the registration fee may be applied to the rescheduled event, or to the purchase of any PhoCusWright research product or event within one year of the cancelled event.

Photo Authorization
In connection with The PhoCusWright Conference on November 16 -18, 2010, I hereby release PhoCusWright, its employees, contractors and agents, the photographer/videographer and any other associated vendors from any and all claims or liabilities for any photographs, video and/or audio record taken by PhoCusWright for marketing or distribution to conference attendees and the general public.

Unauthorized Events
Attendee/Client agrees not to host any event or gathering during The PhoCusWright Conference without written permission from PhoCusWright.
