Sponsored Workshops

By offering educational and informative sessions, a workshop is ideal for any company seeking significant exposure to a highly qualified audience. Sponsors take the lead in developing the content and PhoCusWright manages production and guides you to make sure your presentation is thought provoking and educational. The workshop is one 45-minute session taking place on Wednesday, November 16, 2011 and is open to all conference attendees. Package components:

• Workshop will take place in a private conference room at the host hotel. Meeting rooms can accommodate up to 200 attendees.
• The room set-up and assignment is based on the number of registrants for each session.
• Audio visual equipment will be provided for each session.
• Workshop session will be video recorded and posted to The PhoCusWright Conference Online Ticket website for on-demand viewing by all attendees during and post conference.
• PhoCusWright will coordinate the registration process and provide sponsor the list of registered workshop attendees two (2) weeks prior to the workshop and a complete list of workshop attendees post-conference.
• Two (2) tickets for the three-day PhoCusWright Conference are included. Workshop presenters must be registered by utilizing an included ticket or by purchasing an additional ticket.
• Sponsor logo will be posted on the event website with a link to sponsor's URL.
