Benefits For All Sponsorship/Exhibition Packages

The following benefits are offered to clients at no additional cost:

• Private Meeting Room: Complimentary use of a Client-only private meeting room (scheduled by the hour on a first-come, first-serve basis).
• Online Promotion: Client logo on the event website with a link to Client's URL.
• Mobile Application Promotion: Client logo, URL, company description and contact information featured in the Sponsor section of the conference mobile application.
• MyConference Promotion: Client logo,URL, company description and contact information featured in "MyConference" the attendee portal.
• Renewal Rights: The right of first refusal on the same (or equivalent, if change in offering) Sponsorship opportunity at The PhoCusWright Conference in 2012. Right of first refusal will expire on January 31, 2012.

For Agreements of $15,000 and above, the following additional benefits apply:

• Attendee List: Attendee list provided one month prior to the Event with subsequent weekly updates and final pst-conference list in excel format.
• Sponsor Logo Loop: Your logo is featured on the main theater screen in the Sponsor Loop.

Additional Benefits—Sponsorship/Exhibition Packages of US$15,000 and Above

• Access to the attendee list one month before the conference (with weekly updates leading up to the conference).
• Your logo featured in the sponsor loop shown on the main theater screen every day of the event.
