Be part of the Class of 35! Take the stage, network with travel luminaries, and win a $10,000 PhoCusWright credit for your company.

Every travel company has young talent—but these emerging leaders often have limited access to the events, people, and ideas that matter most. PhoCusWright wants to help them get the keys to the kingdom.

The Young Leaders Summit at The PhoCusWright Conference promotes executive management development among rising stars in travel, tourism, and hospitality. The Summit showcases the important role young leadership plays in the future growth of the world's largest industry.

A select group of young leaders—the Class of 35—interacts in unprecedented ways with the industry’s best and brightest at The Travel Industry Event of the Year. Participation exposes this group to today's travel luminaries as a critical step to becoming the future leaders who will drive strategy, innovation, and growth.

The Class of 35 continues after the conference is over, through organized online meetings, networking, contests, and awards. PhoCusWright, working with top executives around the world, provides significant learning and career opportunities to the budding Class of 35 community.

CEO Welcome: Behind-the-Scenes Tour

All conferences are the same, right? WRONG!

Travel companies work hard to differentiate themselves and resist commoditization. PhoCusWright feels the same way about travel industry conferences. In fact, professional production is one of the six attributes that differentiate it from other travel events.

Step behind the scenes with PhoCusWright CEO, Philip Wolf, architect of the annually acclaimed PhoCusWright Conference. Although this event is best known for those taking the stage, the secret sauce lies in the unseen.

Join Philip on a private tour of the technology and people that make things come to life. From the speaker green room to the array of equipment, you experience the inner workings up close. Meet the dozens of professionals, including the producer and director, who orchestrate the special experience. Philip is known to share a few stories from the beginnings in 1994 as well.

The tour is limited to 50 people; book online.
